I went into my first coaching session with Helene open-minded but a little doubtful that she would be able to offer me guidance or direction I had not already considered myself after months of contemplating my professional future. But Helene was, in fact, able to do just that! In her friendly and personable manner, she supported me to think more freely and to explore scenarios I had not considered, and she helped me realise my priorities and discover that there were indeed exciting options and alternatives out there for me. With empathy, she prompted me and held me accountable in taking next steps, and I have now started a journey I would never have considered 6 months ago. I cannot recommend Helene highly enough.
