Most of my clients say at some point during our coaching process that they want balance in their lives. The interesting thing is when I ask them what balance means to them, they often come up with different answers.

As it’s very individual and changes as we go through different stages in life, finding a balance can be quite difficult. That’s why it’s important that we check in with ourselves from time to time and review our lives to see if it’s well balanced. In this way, we give ourselves the chance to make any necessary changes and live our best lives.

What Is Coaching And What’s In It For You?

You might have noticed that there are more and more coaches popping up. Maybe you’ve considered working with a coach or wondered what it would be like and what it could do for you?

Coaching has traditionally been associated with sports. All top athletes have a personal coach. Nowadays it’s quite normal for anyone to see a coach to help them achieve their goals both in their personal and professional lives.

It’s amazing what can happen when we just talk about things and have someone ask powerful questions that allow us to look at it from a different perspective.

Working with a coach gives you the chance to have your ‘me’ time and truly focus on what YOU want, what YOU need. You get to listen to your own inner voice and discover what really makes you happy. It’s very rare that we get this luxury in our everyday lives. I believe it’s invaluable to give ourselves the opportunity to positively improve our lives and to grow as a person.
