It’s amazing what can happen when we just talk about things and have someone ask powerful questions that allow us to look at it from a different perspective.

Working with a coach gives you the chance to have your ‘me’ time and truly focus on what YOU want, what YOU need. You get to listen to your own inner voice and discover what really makes you happy. It’s very rare that we get this luxury in our everyday lives. I believe it’s invaluable to give ourselves the opportunity to positively improve our lives and to grow as a person.

Where Do You See Yourself In 10 Years? 🤔

During a lunch with my friends last year, one of them asked everyone at the table “Where do you see yourselves in 10 years?” I happily answered the question and gave her my detailed vision for where I see myself in 2031.

How To Get More Balance In Your Life

Most of my clients say at some point during our coaching process that they want balance in their lives. The interesting thing is when I ask them what balance means to them, they often come up with different answers.

As it’s very individual and changes as we go through different stages in life, finding a balance can be quite difficult. That’s why it’s important that we check in with ourselves from time to time and review our lives to see if it’s well balanced.
